Rafael is a young adult living at our Rosita residence. He lives with six other young men; all attending school or a day program.

Rafael enjoys helping around the house. He wants to be a part of all the activities that happen at home, including doing the laundry, sweeping and setting the table. Rafael also enjoys playing games and watching movies with his housemates.

Where is his family?

Often times the families of the individuals with developmental disabilities that we serve need extra help in caring for their loved ones due to work and other life commitments. SUS provides housing and assistance for individuals who need that extra attention. Families are still involved in their lives, they come to visit and the consumers go home to visit often.
