Wellness Works Clinic
The outpatient Clinic will offer a comprehensive, coordinated treatment approach to consumers. Co-locating the Clinic in the Recovery Center will reduce expenses associated with time and travel, and consumers will enjoy continuity in programming and interaction that is driven by the consumer’s own goals, needs and preferences. The Clinic is designed to help consumers maintain stability, avoid hospitalization and ER use, and continue their progress toward fulfilling, healthy lives in the community. To reduce service fragmentation, the Clinic will foster partnerships with wellness, vocational and educational programs of other agencies.
