Scattered-Site Mobile Team
Homeless individuals with challenging illnesses, including substance abuse, mental health disorders and HIV/AIDS, have trouble negotiating fragmented systems of care for their multiple concerns. The interdisciplinary Scattered-Site Mobile Team provide services and supports for people with mental illness living in supportive housing apartments scattered throughout Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx.
