Wellness Works
Because many of the people SUS serves suffer several pyschological and physical ailments, SUS provides on-site mental health, substance abuse and physical health treatment to individuals living with mental illness in our housing programs. The Wellness Works team utilizes an integrated approach to wellness based upon two proven evidence-based practices, Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) and Wellness Self Management (WSM). With an emphasis on the integration of physical and behavioral wellness.
