Individuals learn daily living skills ranging from basic skills such as dressing, toileting and feeding themselves, to more complex skills such as self-preservation, travel and money management. This effort is often made more difficult because many of our individuals have multiple challenges.
The program’s aim is to support the individual in maximizing their potential as much as possible and help them to attain personal fulfillment. Using a team approach with input from professionals, family members and the individual, a collaboratively designed person-centered plan is created for each person, incorporating specific goals and objectives.
