June 27 is National HIV Testing Day. Early detection, consistent engagement in health care, and a stable living environment are all contributing factors for positive health outcomes among people living with HIV/AIDS. In addition to supported and emergency housing provided to individuals and families affected by HIV/ AIDS, S:US operates programs that encourage individuals to get tested for HIV and to engage in treatment as needed.
