You’re Invited to our 14th Harvest Celebration!
Our annual Harvest Celebration highlights S:US’ community food security program, showcasing Urban Farms. The event takes place at one of our supportive housing residences in the Morrisania neighborhood of the South Bronx, culminating with lunch prepared by our urban farmers and staff. Join us and take part in our celebration which will feature information about our programs and activities including wellness and nutrition, product sampling and sales, and more!

Last year, Urban Farms grew an estimated 10,200 pounds of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and honey from our farm and garden network. This is equivalent to 8,500 meals with a market value of approximately $51,000, all planted and cultivated by the people we serve. We have 75 growing spaces in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx, including eight community farms.
