S:US Joins Housing Leaders at City & State’s 2025 Affordable Housing Summit

Arlo Chase, Senior Vice President of Real Estate, was a featured panelist at the 2025 City & State Affordable Housing Summit. The Affordable Housing Summit is an annual event that brings together professionals, advocates, and developers committed to tackling New York’s housing crisis. This year’s summit featured a full day of panels, workshops, and networking focused on driving sustainable, community-led solutions in one of the most dynamic housing landscapes in the country.
Arlo participated in the “Affordable Housing Construction Pipeline” panel, where he joined developers, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss the current state of the affordable housing pipeline across New York.
