Perry Perlmutter recognized as 2024 Nonprofit Power Player

For the second year in a row, S:US President & CEO Perry Perlmutter was recognized as a Nonprofit Power Player by PoliticsNY and amNY Metro. This recognition celebrates leaders who are making a lasting impact through innovative programs and initiatives that improve the lives of New Yorkers across the city.
Perry leads a dedicated staff of 1,800 in providing an array of shelter, housing, treatment and recovery, employment and skills-building, therapeutic horticulture, community food security initiatives, and crisis programming services to New Yorkers in need.
S:US is one of the largest supportive housing developers and service providers in New York. Under Perry’s leadership, S:US plans to bring more than 2,000 new affordable units online per year. Perry is committed to eradicating homelessness in our city.
