S:US Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development Mr. Arlo Chase was recognized as one of Crain’s New York Business’ 2022 Notable Real Estate Leaders.
This special editorial feature profiles senior level leaders in the city or the surrounding counties for at least 10 years, selected for their achievements in the real estate industry and their involvement in mentorship, philanthropy or community service activities.
For more than four decades, Services for the UnderServed (S:US) has worked with vulnerable individuals and families in New York City, helping them escape poverty and create pathways to rich, productive lives. In his role at S:US, Mr. Chase directs the real estate, facilities, property development, property management, and urban farms teams. Mr. Chase leads S:US’ expanded role as a developer of affordable and supportive housing, with more than 1,800 units in development or under construction. In addition, he has generated significant revenue for S:US in developer fees and cash flow from building operations. Mr. Chase is on the advisory board of the nonprofit Enterprise Community Partners, and he is involved with the Park Slope Food Co-op.
