NYU Students Prepare Marcy Hart For Spring

On March 15, 2016, NYU students spent part of their Spring Break volunteering in the garden at our Marcy Hart residence. They built two new raised beds, trimmed back trees, cleaned out and aerated the raised beds, weeded and cleaned out the tree beds.

At the end of the day the volunteers stated that they had not only learned a lot about gardening but also how S:US serves vulnerable New Yorkers.
