Starhill Phase I provides 325 units of affordable and supportive housing. Sixty percent (200/325) of these units are supportive housing units for formerly homeless individuals and families experiencing substance use disorder as defined by NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). The rest of the units are affordable units, serving households earning a range of incomes between 30% and 80% of area median income (AMI). S:US is the service provider for the supportive housing units and all residents have access to on-site supportive services.
