As the driving force behind S:US’ bold expansion of supportive and affordable housing, Mr. Chase has transformed what’s possible for New Yorkers in need. Under his leadership, S:US has grown its development pipeline to more than 2,500 units, advancing innovative, community‑centered projects that deliver both stability and opportunity.

His recent accomplishments include:
- Starhill, Bronx – A 326‑unit affordable and supportive housing community now open, with an additional 275 homes and a new public park underway.
- Alafia, East New York – A nearly fully leased 452‑unit wellness‑focused development and the first phase of a visionary 2,500‑unit neighborhood.
- Hudson Mosaic, West Village – An award‑winning project that will bring 280 new affordable and supportive homes, alongside an Olympic‑size pool and state‑of‑the‑art recreation center.

These developments reflect Mr. Chase’s commitment to pairing high‑quality housing with vibrant, inclusive community spaces, an approach that strengthens neighborhoods and expands access to opportunity.
