Jerome Court Redevelopment Receives Impact Award for Community Investment
S:US is thrilled to accept the Impact Award for Community Investment, alongside our longstanding partner Bronx Pro Group, at the April 27 Citizens Housing & Planning Council Luncheon Gala for our commitment to the residents of Jerome Court and the larger revitalization of the Jerome Avenue Corridor. The 16-story, 175-unit supportive housing mixed-use building in the Mount Hope section of the Bronx will provide affordable housing for formerly homeless individuals and families in the community. The building will open in the fall of 2022.
